Description
The France Excellence Eiffel scholarship program, developed by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, is designed to enable French higher education institutions to attract the brightest international students to degree-granting Master's and Doctoral programs. Key objectives and features: • Training future decision-makers: the program aims to train future foreign leaders from both the private and public sectors in priority fields of study. • Fields of study: it primarily covers the humanities and social sciences — an area in which Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University specializes, particularly in law, political science, economics and management — as well as exact and technical sciences. Financial and social benefits: • For Master's level, a monthly allowance of €1,200 is awarded. • The program directly covers various costs, including international travel, national transport, social protection and insurance. It also provides assistance with finding accommodation as well as cultural activities. Important note: applications are not submitted directly by the student to Campus France. They must imperatively be submitted and approved in advance by the host institution (such as Lyon 3 University) before the internal deadlines set (for example, November 16, 2026 for the Master's level).
