The Commonwealth Master’s Scholarships 2027/28 support candidates from eligible low- and middle-income Commonwealth countries to undertake full-time taught Master’s study at a UK university. Applications open on September 8, 2026 and close on October 20, 2026 at 16:00 BST. The scholarship covers approved tuition fees, return airfare, visa costs and a monthly living allowance of £1,712, or £2,000 for scholars studying at universities in the London metropolitan area, as well as a study travel grant. The scholarship is normally awarded for one year of Master’s study. Applicants must apply through the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission and an eligible nominating agency or organisation, and Togo is among the eligible countries.
