Description

The Justus & Louise van Effen Excellence Scholarship is offered by Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) to international students enrolling in a two-year Master's (MSc) programme. Financial support (full funding): • Tuition fees: 100% coverage of institutional tuition fees. • Living allowance: a contribution of approximately €1,250 per month to cover housing and daily living expenses. • Travel and relocation: round-trip airfare and a one-time installation allowance. • Excellence programme: access to personal development activities and mentorship networks. Timeline and eligibility: • Study level: Master's only (MSc). • Academic requirements: GPA of 80% or above (equivalent to a high distinction) earned at an international university outside the Netherlands. • Application deadline: 1 December 2026 (23:59 CET). • Start of classes: September 2027.
